Dr. Lori Haight serves students and alumni in the School of Information and Library Science. With over 20 years of student services experience in higher education, Dr. Haight enjoys working individually with students and alumni to help them reach their personal and professional goals. Prior to joining SILS, Lori was part of the Academic and Career Planning staff at Meredith College, the Director of Student Involvement at Chowan College, and Assistant Director for the first Career Services office at Villa Julie College. She received a bachelor’s of arts in English from the University of Richmond, a master’s of arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the Ohio State University, and a doctorate of education in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University.
