Welcome to the School of Information and Library Science! The Student Services staff has put together some information that will be helpful to you during your time here at SILS. Please refer to the menu to the left for assistance. The Student Services staff are here to assist you when you need special help, particularly with registration and complying with the Graduate School and University rules.  

Staff members maintain contact with other campus offices such as the Graduate School, Academic Advising, the registrar, the cashier, the International Center and the Office of Scholarships and Student Aid. If you have difficulty with one of these offices, often we can help straighten it out. Please do not hesitate to contact us any time you have a question or need assistance.

Lara Bailey and Kaitlyn Murphy handle administrative and student needs. The Student Services Assistant handles locker assignments, maintains course syllabi, and distributes course evaluation packets. The Human Resources Manager is Shaundria Williams, Kay Lackey is the Contracts and Grants Manager, Tammy Cox is the Assistant Dean for Administration. Lori Haight is the Career Services Coordinator, Wanda Monroe is the Director of Communications, Stephanie Cole is the Director of Development and Susan Sylvester is the Dean’s Assistant.
