You can set up your laptop to print in the SILS lab. If you have a mac, follow the instructions here. If you have a PC, go to http://ils.unc.edu/downloads/pharos/ and download both files, AUXPRINT2_SILSQue1_vista.exe and ikon_drivers_win.zip. Unzip ikon_drivers_win.zip to your desktop. (To unzip the file, you will need WinZip, which you can download at http://www.winzip.com if it's not already on your computer.)

You should Now have three files as shown below.

Double click the first one AUXPRINT2_SILSQue1_vista.exe and click install. Let the program run its course. Next go to Printers and find the SILSQue1 on AUXPRINT2 printer, as shown below

Right click and go to properties as shown below.

Once in properties go to the Advanced tab and select New Driver....

When the Add Printer Driver Wizard comes up, hit Next.

Now select Have Disk... as shown below.

Select Browse....

Find the UNZIPPED ikon_drivers_win file and select it. Within it, select DISK1 and then select within that file OEMSETUP and click Open.

Click OK.

Make sure the window shows IKON BPRO 31MP PS and if so, click Next.

When the "successfuly completed" message appears, click Finish.

Now back at the Advanced tab under the Properties Select the IKON BPRO31MP PS Driver from the dropdown menu, and click OK.

You are now finished! When you print, just select the SILSQue1 on AUXPRINT2 printer and follow the standard Pharos instructions.
