SILS lists
All class lists are maintained by the Administrative Office in conjunction with faculty members. Please speak with your professor if you need assistance with a class list.
All lists created for the SILS community projects and organizations will be created and maintained by faculty, students, or staff at http://mail.unc.edu/lists.
sils-announce is a list for everyone: staff, faculty, and students. This list will be a moderated and closed list that you are automatically subscribed to once you become part of the SILS community. In the same way, masters students will be added to sils-masters@listserv.unc.edu , majors to sils-majors@listserv.unc.edu , minors to sils-minors@listserv.unc.edu , and PhDs to sils-phds@listserv.unc.edu . If you are not receiving e-mails from any of these lists, notify a member of the administrative staff.
For all other lists, students must subscribe/unsubscribe themselves at the appropriate list webpage found at http://mail.unc.edu/lists. From this page you can search for lists to join. If you want to search for SILS-related lists, search for sils. Particular lists that might interest you:
