SILS Lab - Help Desk
The SILS Lab Help Desk is located in the SILS Computer Lab. It is staffed with Lab Assistants and managers trained in using the lab's equipment and software. Lab Assistants are available whenever the Computer Lab is open to answer questions about software, check out lab equipment and troubleshoot computer problems. Students are encouraged to get their questions answered in person, over the phone (919-962-8188), or via email at help@ils.unc.edu.
