SILS will make its annual trip to Washington, D.C., to visit the Library of Congress and other sites during the weekend of Oct 23-25.

This year the event will be expanded to include tours of other organizations in the area that serve the interests of the SILS student body. A reception from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, will offer an opportunity for alumni to talk to students about their experiences since graduating. The reception will be held at Ella's Wood Fired Pizza, 901 F Street, NW. Alumni wishing to attend may RSVP to Shawn Jackson, SILS development director, at shawn_jackson@unc.edu.
