Meredith Weiss is the Associate Dean for Administration, Finance and Information Technology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. In this position, Meredith oversees the School's Finance, Human Resource, Information Technology, Faculty Support, Reception, and Facilities Departments as well as works with the Dean on the development and execution of strategic policies, budgets and priorities in line with the School's mission and goals.  She serves on numerous University committees and consults with University departments on campus-wide initiatives.

Additionally, Meredith is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina Central University, and Capella University.  She teaches and conducts research in the areas of leadership, management, organizational behavior and information technology.
