Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of 30 semester hours of graduate-level coursework
- Knowledge of computing equivalent to that required for the master's degree programs (may be satisfied by completing INLS 461 (102), Information Tools)
- Application for graduation, filed early in the final semester of coursework
- A written review by the student, evaluating his/her stated objectives for the CAS Program and how coursework taken has accomplished these objectives (presented by the student to a committee of faculty members for discussion)
Neither a thesis nor a foreign language is required.
Successful candidates will be awarded the “Certificate of Advanced Study.”
