Evaluation and Grading

Your site supervisor will evaluate your performance relative to your learning objectives from the Fieldwork Agreement, and general standards of professional performance, on the Site Supervisor Field Experience Evaluation. You must discuss the evaluation with your site supervisor, and sign the evaluation form.

Deliver the form to your faculty supervisor. You must discuss the evaluation with your faculty supervisor. Your faculty supervisor will recommend a grade of either P, L, or F to the Field Experience Coordinator. The Field Experience Coordinator submits final grades to the University Registrar.
