Topic: An analysis of process issues in the evaluation of psychiatric patients at UNC Health Care’s Emergency Department

Description: UNC Health Care is facing delays and errors in evaluating and processing psychiatric patients within the Emergency Department. This project entails an analysis of patient data and development of key metrics which will inform process improvement efforts in regard to psychiatric care at UNC Health Care’s ED.
