Setting up a field experience is the responsibility of a student. Being a faculty advisory for a field experience involves:
Communicating (in-person, phone, email) with the student's site supervisor approximately mid-way through the student's hours at the site - making sure that things are going well and that the arrangement is mutually beneficial.
Reviewing the field experience evaluation and the student's reflective paper, and assigning a grade. You do not enter the grade yourself on ConnectCarolina; it is recorded and entered by Lori Haight.
