A contractor with the UNC at Chapel Hill School of Information and Library Science, Jane Bethel joins the Environmental Protection Agency Library in Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC as the electronic resources/reference librarian.
For nearly seven years, Bethel was the serials associate at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, during which time she managed the Serials Office for three libraries on campus.
Bethel completed her Master of Library and Information Science (MSLS) degree in June of 2008 from Dominican University of River Forest, Illinois on the campus of the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has been a member of the North American Serials Interest Group (NASIG) since 2004 and recently published a conference session titled "Basics of E-resource Licensing" in Serials Librarian.
Bethel began her position at the EPA Library on June 21, 2010.
