Gerstenzang has more than 11 years experience in the hospitality industry. He is responsible for overseeing and leading Destination Hotels & Resorts' Internet marketing effort, including overall strategic vision and direction, as well as development of next-generation Web sites in order to support corporate and property-level branding programs. Gerstenzang has implemented a reputation management tool that will allow properties to monitor third party sites as well as analytically compare themselves to their comp set.
