SILS students and alumni featured in article about the Digital Heritage Center

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Information and Library Science (SILS) students Sarah Bost, Amber Sherman and Andrea Greene are featured in the photos and Bost is quoted in an article in the November 24, 2013 issue of the News & Observer in an article titled, "UNC's Digital Heritage Center knits state's history together."

The article describes the work taking place at the North Carolina Digital Heritage Center at UNC at Chapel Hill of which SILS alumnus, Nicholas Graham (MSlS '98) leads. Nicholas is the program director of the Digital Heritage Center who is quoted throughout. Also mentioned in the article is SILS alumna Lynn Richardson (MSLS '80) who is the North Carolina Collection librarian for Durham County Public Library. Note that the Digital Heritage Center "is the state's hub for the Digital Public Library of America."
