Jane Frazier (MSIS ’13) to Be Featured on Spring 2023 SILS Alumni AMA Webina

The UNC School of Information and Library Science (SILS) will host an Alumni Ask Me Anything (AMA) webinar with Jane Frazier (MSIS ’13), Senior Applied Information Scientist in the Xero Data Team, on Friday, March 3 at 2 p.m. ET. The event is free and open to the public. It will be streamed live on the SILS YouTube Channel.

About Jane Frazier: Senior Applied Information Scientist in the Xero Data Team, Jane has spent her career facilitating the description, storage, discovery, and use of data across various agencies and sectors. Previously, Jane led ontology design and usage across SEEK to facilitate matching and recommendation within the employment market. At the Australian National Data Service, Jane helped build the world’s first national controlled vocabulary and ontology management platform. Jane led the development of a master data management system for collectible items with Stanley Gibbons, the world’s premier stamp collecting firm, and interned with the US Library of Congress Policy and Standards Division.
