Paul Jones talks with American Libraries about being a ‘Lunar Librarian’ and other career milestones

Paul Jones, UNC School of Information and Library Science (SILS) Professor, was profiled as a “Newsmaker” by American Libraries in July.

In the Q&A, Jones discusses his contribution to the Lunar Library, a 30-million-page archive launched to the moon this spring, and his 40 years of work in information science and journalism instruction, from directing the digital archive ibiblio to teaching generations of students.
