SILS Congratulates December 2022 Graduates

The UNC School of Information and Library Science (SILS) extends its congratulations to the SILS students that graduated in December 2022.

During the University’s winter commencement ceremony, which was held in the Dean E. Smith Center on December 11, 20 SILS graduates students and 15 SILS undergraduate students were recognized.

“On behalf of the faculty and staff at SILS, I would like to congratulate our December graduates who were recognized during this winter’s commencement ceremony. The caliber of your work and your dedication to the field of information and library science during your time at SILS has deeply impressed me,” Gary Marchionini, Dean and Cary C. Boshamer Distinguished Professor, said. “I look forward to following along with your accomplishments through your continued professional or academic journeys. As SILS alumni, please continue to stay involved with our community through our alumni association. I hope to see you return to Manning Hall for a visit soon.”
